Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

The material to be dried will be feeding from the feeder and then was thrown forwarder the in parallel direction of the fluidized bed under the force of vibration machine. The hot air was blown upward and through the fluidized bed and heat exchanged with the material in the process. The wet air will be expelled from the machine and dried material will be collected afterwards.

1, the vibration force was generated from the electrical motor and therefore the vibration is stable ,low level noise and easy to repair. 2,The material was flown in the bed with stable speed and was scattered evenly. So all the parts of the material have the same time and possibility of been dried which means the drying process is evenly and there is no part was ignored. 3, The thickness of the material to be dried when flowing inside the machine, the speed and the swing of the vibration can be adjusted consecutively. 4, The machine is fully airproof and the material to be dried have less possibility of being polluted. 5, The drying process will not damage the surface of the grain. Material with irregular shape of grain also can be dried via this machine. 6, High efficiency of mechanism and heat generation and can save about 30% to 60% energy compare with other type of machine which have the same function.

The machine was wide used in industry like chemical, pharmaceutical, food, mine and dehydrate vegetables etc. the commonly applied material is: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulphur, compound fertilizer, piece of radish, bean, lees, seed, mine residuum and sugar.
