The machine was composed of rolling drum, swinging rack and frame. The drum was fixed on the swinging rack and was supported by four wheels. Two of them draw the drum to rotate. The swinging rack was driven by the a brace pole.

The drum rotates and swinging with the swinging rack at the same time and so do the materials inside the drum. The moving track of the material was integration of two motions.
