Three Dimensional Motion Mixer, 3D Motion Mixer The charging drum exercises a complex movement of horizontally, rotary move and rolling which let the material can move in all the directions and therefore the material can be scattered, and mixed evenly. Due to the way this machine works eliminated the major effect of gravity and no centrifugal force inflect the track of material’s movement so the material will be mixed evenly and will not form the layer of different material and no component will gather together. The machine is perfect mixing equipment ideally and theoretically. The charging drum can be filled almost fully ( commonly 90%) when it works while other similar machine can only be filled with half-full. Therefore the productivity is comparatively high and so does the speed. The machine was designed with streamline figure to prevent dead corner and the wall of the drum was polished.
