The wall of the machine is double layered and the hot medium commonly hot water, steam or hot oil will be injected in the gap inside the wall and pass through it. The inner wall will be heated and there is a heat exchange between inner wall which was heated by hot steam and the materials to be dried. The body of the machine will rotated slowly to make sure the material to be dried can contact with the inner wall of the machine fully. The inside space of the machine which was filled with material to be dried will be vacuum state under the force of vacuum pump. The moisture will be expelled out which will accelerate the drying process. The whole process will be very quick.

The temperature can be kept even when oil is applied as heat medium. The temperature can be kept still at any level from 20 to 160 celsius degree. The efficiency can be as two times as standard oven dryer. The heat was conducted via the inner wall of the dryer. So the material will not contact with the hot supplier like hot air. The material will not be polluted in the drying process. The equipment was compactly designed and is easy to manipulate and repair.
