This equipment combines drying and granulating two functions together. The size of the grains can be adjusted by controlling the pressure, flux of the machine and the diameter of the exist hole.

The working mechanism is very similar with centrifugal spray dryer, the mainly difference was the liquid material was sprayed under great pressure. Through control the pressure for the material and the size of the hole from which the liquid state was sprayed we can get the different size grain. Due to we can control the size of the grain we got ,so in fact the machine is acting as dryer and granulator at the same time. This it the special characteristic of the machine.

1, Due to the liquid form material to be dried was atomized into fog and was sprayed into the room filled with hot air, so the material will combine with the air more saturated than directly sprayed. That is why the drying speed is very quick and commonly 95% to 98% water will be vaporized. The material can be dried within seconds and especial suitable for hot sensitive materials. 2, special designed air flow divide system reduced the resistance and improved efficiency of the air treatments. 3, easy manipulate and simplify the process. Material contains water between 40% and 90% can be dried into powder directly without double dry and filter. Degree of purity was improved. 4, This machine is adjustable according to different size of grains of material and water content etc. easy control and manage.
