Pharmaceutical Dryer, Pharmaceutical Oven The fresh air would be filtered tree time to meet the standard we called “ grade 100,1000” and then heated to a required Celsius degree by the heat exchanger. The hot and clean air will be injected into the machine from the left side and evenly separated and blow into each layer of the inner space of the machine. The air will touch the material at the time and wet air will be pumped out by centrifugal blower, some part of the hot air will be circled use.

For the hot air which would be recycle used, they have to be filtered for 2 times before they can re-injected to the machine together with the fresh air. The special design not only saved the energy but also kept the quality of drying process meet the standard of pharmaceutical requirements. Compared to traditional horizontal chamber dryer, its drying area is large and its efficiency is high. Its capacity of drying might be several times higher, the cost is reasonable. The machine is applicable to dry various kinds of large granules and block of materials. Easy in operation, convenient in parts exchanging, low possibility in faults. There are several air filters at air inlet and air outlet. Therefore the dried raw materials will not be polluted and the quality of product will not be effected either. The hot source can adapt steam, oil or electric heater.
