Multilayer mesh belt dryer is an all-purpose drying machine developed on the base of Monolayer mesh belt dryer. Its structure and characteristic is extremely fit for vegetables and fruits like garlic ,cushaw, konjak, white radish, yam, bamboo shoot, etc. there is a slight difference in design when the material need to dried different. We will help our customer adjust the design.

The machine consist of feeding machine, drying bed, heat exchange and vent repel machine. The cold air will be heated trough heat exchanger when it working. The hot air will flow through the drying bed and heat change with the material to be dried. The hot air will recycle under the pressure of fans. Humidity air will be exhausted and the material will be dried.

1,The major parameter like area of drying, air pressure, air volume, temperature and the speed of conveyor system are adjustable, and this are basic requirement for the process of drying vegetables.

2,Auxiliary equipment can be used when different vegetable are need to be dried.

It can be used to dry various part of vegetable like root, stem, leaf, tuberous root, big granule shaped vegetable, especially fit for garlic, cushaw, konjak, white radish, yam, bamboo shoot, capsicum, onion, apple, etc.
