Monolayer mesh belt dryer is a type of sustained flow drying equipment. This type machine is perfectly fit for those materials who have good osmosis, and have the strip or granule shape. Especially fit for dewatering vegetable, herbal medicine like material who contains larger volume of water and can not bear high temperature. This type of machine performance with high speed, high strength of evaporation capability. This machine also available for paste state material or something need to dried into stick shape.

The material which would be dried are symmetrically tiled on the stainless mesh belt through feeder and then the material will be drawn and moved steady inside the dryer by the force of conveyor equipment. The dryer section are composed by several independent unit and the hot air are circulated in every unit separately. Moisture will be expelled from the dryer via special fans. The hot air will flow up and down through the mesh and bring the moisture away. The speed of conveyor belt is adjustable according to different materials and the dried material will be collected by collector. The number of dried unit is adjustable also accordingly.
