The machine is a complex composed of a firebox which burns coal and a heat exchange machine. A special indirect heating technology was applied in this machine which elevated the efficiency of the machine. The smoke generated from coal combustion room is independent with heating system and will not using the same pipe with hot air system. Therefore the products to be dried will not be polluted by the smoke in the process. The machine take its advantage as quick heating, small in size, easy to installation, low price if compared with standard boiler.

The machine have longer life compared with standard tubular air heating furnace by applying high-temperature resistance design. The smoke generated was used again to washing the heat exchanging parts which then do not need additional washing. Coal is commonly applied fuel.

The furnace is widely used for the heating and moisture removing for the grain, seed, feed, fruit, de-watering vegetable. mushroom, edible fungus, tremella, tea, tobacco leaf, other farming products, food, medicine, chemical raw material ,light and heavy industry products.
