Horizontal Helical Ribbon Mixer The machine consists of container, helical churning paddles, gearing components. There are two or three churning paddles system which was set inside the machine with concentrically. The outer side paddles system will concentrate the material from two sides and the inner side paddles system will scatter the material from center of the machine to two sides. Therefore the moving track of the material will form a convection.

1, the machine has a comparatively large volume with relatively small body. 2, The machine used to dry those non-adhesive material, due to the machine would be very difficult to clean when adhesive material was been dried by the machine.

The machine is suitable for drying and mixing material with cohesive granules or powder state material mixed with liquid materials. However due to the machine is difficult to clean so if the materials to be dried is in large quantity or the types of the material will not be changed in a long periods, this problem can be ignored.
