Hollow Paddle Dryer, Hollow Blades Dryer The machine is commonly used to drying and cooling material with paste state, granule form, powder state or slurry state through heat conduct from metal blades. The function of the machine can be set as drying, heating, cooling, sterilizing or low-temperature combustion. Heating through hot blades through conduct way is a high efficiency way for dry and can self-clean when the machine was not in working time.

Several pieces of hollow blades were settled on the hollow axis. The hollow spaces between blade and axis are connected. The hot medium commonly hot water or hot oil can flow into the hollow space of the blades from the hollow of axis. The hot medium commonly water vapor, hot water or hot oil etc and the temperature of which varying between -40 celsius degree to 320 celsius degree. The heating is through conduction and there is no hot air would be expelled out in the whole process, so this machine is very energy saving. Wedge shape blade was circumgyrate in the process. The process not only can heat the material to be dried but also can keep the blades clean by the force of attrition. The number of hollow axes is optional according to the size and power of the machine and commonly is 2 or 4 pieces in one machine.

This not only save time but also save space which cause the machine have a relatively small dimension. 3,The types of the materials can be dried by this machine is very wide. Not only material which is heat sensitive can be dried but also material which need to be dried under high temperature. The commonly applied medium is vapor, hot water, cold water, and oil. This machine can be used in varies of industries. 4, The machine is environment friendly. If the medium need to be vaporized from material is poisonous, a close circle of collect system can be applied in the machine. 5,Low cost for managing and work.
