Centrifugal spray dryer is one of the widest used drying equipment. It is commonly used to dry material with liquid state, paste state, suspension into solid products like grain or powder state. Centrifugal spray dryer is the best choice when the size of the grains, the content of the water in the material, the density of the material or the shape of the grains are uniformed.

After been filtered and heated the hot air flows into the dry room of the dryer through the distributor which is on the top of the dry room and was sprayed inside the dry room evenly and helically. At the same time materials to be dried will be injected into high-speed centrifugal machine and sprayed into the dry room with fog like liquid beads. So the material to be dried which have been centrifugated into liquid beads will touch and combine with hot air inside the dry room and will dried into solid powder material immediately and fall into the bottom of the dryer and then be collected.

1, Due to the liquid form material to be dried was atomized into fog and was sprayed into the room filled with hot air, so the material will combine with the air more saturated than directly sprayed. That is why the drying speed is very quick and commonly 95% to 98% water will be vaporized. The material can be dried within seconds and especial suitable for hot sensitive materials. 2, special designed air flow divide system reduced the resistance and improved efficiency of the air treatments. 3, easy manipulate and simplify the process. Material contains water between 40% and 90% can be dried into powder directly without double dry and filter. Degree of purity was improved. 4, This machine is adjustable according to different size of grains of material and water content etc. easy control and manage.
