Bipolar airflow dryer is a special airflow dryer due to in fact this machine dry the material twice. This machine is something similar as two airflow dryers working together. Step one the material will be dried into semi-finished products and then it will be dried for the second time and we call it “step two”. The hot air used to dry the material for the second time is fresh hot air and the drying environment is negative air pressure. The hot air expelled from the second step will injected into another polar as the stem hot air for step one. That means Step one is make use of the hot air expelled from step for first-time dry, and the semi-finished material will dry for the second time via fresh air and then collected by bags. Due to the hot air was been used twice so this machine can save a lot of energy.

The machine capable for powder state and grain form material which was used in food ,chemical, medication, pharmaceutical and building materials and so on. The machine have widely used to dry for the fellow material: starch, glucose, fish powder, sugar, granulated sugar, lees, feed, plastic resin, coal powder, dyestuff etc.
